Tara is a Holistic Health Practitioner who loves to incorporate many modalities in helping others achieve their most optimal lives. After two decades recovering from chronic pain, chronic fatigue, numerous serious health issues, anxiety, depression, addiction and OCD, she is committed to sharing the gifts that gave her back her life.
